Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cashflow Ventures, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

10. Termination

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.

11.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be determined by mutual agreement.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cashflow Ventures is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cashflow Ventures regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
